Carolina Rush regains 100% control of Brewer gold-copper project after OceanaGold exits earn-in deal

- Exit leaves Carolina Rush with exploration data and drill core from about USD 2 million of partner-funded work; 50% earn-in required USD 8 million.
- Phase II plan targets two priority deep holes to test a porphyry copper-gold system; first hole results will guide the second.
- 2026 deep drilling included Hole 38 copper-gold intervals at 936–1,027 meters; Hole 39 hit 51.15 meters at 0.62 g/t gold, 0.22% copper.
- Company expects current working capital to cover the initial Phase II program; further porphyry drilling may require additional financing.
