Liberty Global Signs Three-Year Deal to Deploy Conversational AI Across Telecom Businesses

The company will deploy Sierra across its operations in Europe through a phased program, with use cases to be tailored to suit the requirements of individual markets, brands and customers, according to a statement. The partnership will also free up customer-care teams to focus more on situations requiring human judgement and deep expertise, the company added.
