- Issuance split into USD 750 million 5.5% Senior Notes due 2030, USD 750 million 5.875% Senior Notes due 2033.
- Notes to be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by AerCap and certain subsidiaries.
- Net proceeds earmarked for general corporate purposes, including aircraft asset financing and debt repayment.
