Evofem contracts second manufacturer for Phexxi contraceptive gel

- The added source is expected to improve manufacturing flexibility, strengthen supply resilience, reduce costs, and improve product economics, subject to regulatory clearance.
- Evofem expects to file a supplemental new drug application with the FDA in mid-2027 for PHEXX made at the additional facility.
- Commercial sales from the second supply are planned to start following FDA approval.
