FMC Says Tessenderlo Completed Minority Equity Investment for 20% Stake

05:05 PM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FMC (FMC) said late Wednesday that Belgian-based industrial group Tessenderlo closed a $403 million minority equity investment in exchange for a 20% stake in the company. Under the deal, Tessenderlo purchased over 30.3 million common shares of FMC at $13.30 apiece, according to a statement. As part of the transaction, Tessenderlo nominated its CEO, Luc Tack, to serve as an independent director on the FMC board, the company said.
