05:20 PM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- OceanaGold (OGC) said Wednesday that President and CEO Gerard Bond will retire in April 2027. Bond will serve as a special advisor to the board and the incoming president and chief executive for six months following his departure. The board has appointed a search firm to evaluate internal and external candidates for the role. Chairman Paul Benson said the company's strategy and financial outlook are not expected to change as a result of the leadership transition.
