The Philadelphia Housing Index was shedding 0.5%, and the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) was up 0.1%. Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was up 0.1% at $84,356, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries rose 3 basis points to 5.15%. In corporate news, Blackstone (BX) said it has launched its Blackstone Private Markets Fund, a perpetual flagship strategy that gives eligible non-US investors access to its private-markets platform through a single allocation. Shares were down 1.9%.
