04:27 PM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lear (LEA) said late Thursday its board has approved an increase to its share buyback authorization to $1.5 billion and extended the repurchase period to Dec. 31, 2029. Shares were up over 1% in after-hours trading.
