According to official news, CleanSpark (NASDAQ: CLSK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary CSDC Finance I, LLC has completed the previously announced issuance of $2.276 billion in 7.875% senior secured notes, which will mature in 2031. These notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States unless registration is completed or an applicable exemption from registration is available.
