NVIDIA Unveils Open Agent Safety Platform to Secure AI Agents

05:49 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia (NVDA) on Monday unveiled the NVIDIA Open Agent Safety Platform, an open software platform designed to boost AI security from agent testing through deployment. The platform provides governance and control across AI agent software, hardware, compute and robotics systems, Nvidia said. It includes the OpenShell secure runtime software and Sentry, a tool designed to monitor agent behavior and enforce security policies, the company said. More than 100 organizations are working with NVIDIA on the platform, the company added.
