03:40 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tech stocks were lower late Monday afternoon, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLK) down 1% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) falling 2.5%. The Philadelphia Semiconductor index shed 1.7%. In corporate news, Roblox (RBLX) shares fell past 8% after Jefferies downgraded the stock to underperform from hold, with $38 price target.
