Meta's Muse AI Agent Gets New Tools for Small Businesses -- WSJ

Meta wants people to use its Muse AI agent to run their small businesses as it seeks to drive adoption of the emerging technology.

The company said today that it was adding a slew of new integrations with workplace productivity services to its AI agent. Integrations with Asana, Canva, DropBox, Figma, Intuit QuickBooks, Slack, Stripe and Zoom will let users have their Muses take actions on those sites.

A third of people using Muse have already connected it to an Instagram business profile, Facebook page or some other kind of business entity, said Vishal Shah, vice president of AI products at Meta. And more than 1,500 businesses have applied to be integrated into Muse, he added.

Since its launch, the app has spent over a week at the top of Apple's U.S. App Store and has been downloaded more than 3.4 million times, according to data from Sensor Tower. Meta's stock was up more than 10% last week.
