Update: Blackstone Unveils Investment Platform for Nordic Logistics Centers

Blackstone (BX) is launching a logistics investment platform that will begin operating next year across key markets in Sweden, Denmark and Finland, the company said. The company said Tuesday the Stockholm-based platform Norla will initially include about 200 mainly last-mile warehouses covering over 2 million square meters. The portfolio will concentrate around urban hubs, including Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki. The platform assets will initially be worth about 3 billion euros ($3.41 billion), a source familiar with the matter told Reuters.
