07:09 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- United Parcel Service (UPS) signed an exclusive agreement to provide no-box, no-label returns for US sellers on TikTok Shop through its Happy Returns service, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing a company statement. The service allows customers to return unwanted items at nearly 10,000 return locations inside Ulta Beauty, Staples and UPS stores, where items are scanned, bagged and consolidated for shipment to processing hubs, it said. The companies said the partnership is available to participating TikTok Shop sellers regardless of whether they handle fulfillment themselves or use TikTok Shop's fulfillment services.
