Netlist files ITC complaint accusing Micron, Nvidia, Broadcom, Google of infringing HBM patents
Bitget2026/09/29 12:05- Netlist filed a new ITC complaint seeking exclusion and cease-and-desist orders over alleged infringement of its HBM patents in AI computing.
- The action targets Micron, naming downstream customers Nvidia, Broadcom, Google as respondents tied to products incorporating the accused memory technology.
- The complaint cites U.S. patents 12,308,087 and 12,646,537, alleging they cover Micron’s HBM3E, HBM4, HBM4E products.
- Netlist also has a separate Micron-related ITC case on DDR5 memory modules, instituted Sept. 23 as Investigation 337-TA-1523.
