Micron Technology, Downstream Customers Face US ITC Complaint Over Netlist Patents

09:53 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Micron Technology (MU), as well as its downstream customers Nvidia (NVDA), Broadcom (AVGO), and Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google, are facing a complaint filed before the US International Trade Commission for allegedly infringing Netlist's (NLST) High Bandwidth Memory patents, Netlist said Tuesday. Netlist said it is seeking exclusion and cease-and-desist orders against the firms, alleging infringement of two US patents that cover "at least Micron's HBM3E, HBM4 and HBM4E products."
