Update: Micron Technology, Downstream Customers Face US ITC Complaint Over Netlist Patents

Micron Technology (MU), as well as its downstream customers Nvidia (NVDA), Broadcom (AVGO), and Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google, are facing a complaint filed before the US International Trade Commission for allegedly infringing Netlist's (NLST) High Bandwidth Memory patents, Netlist said Tuesday. Netlist said it is seeking exclusion and cease-and-desist orders against the firms, alleging infringement of two US patents that cover "at least Micron's HBM3E, HBM4 and HBM4E products."
