KeyBank names Drue Anderson to lead retail banking division

- Anderson most recently served as divisional director of Consumer Banking, head of Virtual Banking at JPMorgan Chase.
- Earlier roles included regional director, sales manager, financial advisor at Citibank’s wealth management business.
- Anderson will be based in Indianapolis, working with Sloan through end-2026 to support the transition.
