05:44 PM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CION Investment (CION) repaid its $114.8 million Series A notes and about $200 million of borrowings under its JPMorgan Chase (JPM) credit facility, the company said Tuesday. CION also formed a joint venture with institutional investors focused on senior secured first-lien loans. The venture acquired 20 loans from CION with a fair value of about $180 million.
