10:26 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DoorDash (DASH) on Wednesday launched new artificial intelligence-powered ordering tools for consumers and businesses, including a service that lets users place orders by text. The text-based service allows US users to search for food and groceries, build carts and complete orders without opening the DoorDash app. The service is being offered in beta, with users able to join a waitlist to try it. DoorDash also introduced a connector that allows companies to link compatible AI tools and agents for corporate ordering. The connector can be integrated with workplace tools such as Slack, allowing employees to submit group lunch requests and automate ordering and delivery, the company said. Separately, DoorDash launched DashOS, a platform connecting its Marketplace, direct ordering, reservations, loyalty, guest management and marketing products for restaurants. The company said it plans to expand integrations with point-of-sale and middleware providers, with more than 80,000 restaurants expected to gain access to additional SevenRooms customer engagement tools beginning in 2027. DoorDash shares were 1% lower in early Wednesday trading. Price: 188.13, Change: +1.03, Percent Change: +0.55

Foreign capital accelerates withdrawal, Indian stock market faces "the worst consecutive decline in twenty-five years"!

Foreign investors are accelerating their sell-off of Indian stocks — with a net sale of approximately $1.06 billion on Wednesday alone, significantly higher than the previous five-day average of around $720 million. Year-to-date net sales have reached $27.8 billion, setting a new historical record. Meanwhile, if the Nifty 50 and Sensex close lower this week, it will mark the longest consecutive weekly decline in 25 years. The market closure on Friday has further heightened investor caution, and there will be some pressure for position adjustments when trading resumes next week.
