Nu Says Not Pursuing Transaction With Monzo

05:12 PM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nu (NU) disclosed in a regulatory filing Wednesday that it is not pursuing a transaction with Monzo. Responding to recent media reports regarding a potential transaction, the company said it remains focused on its strategic priorities and its capital allocation framework is unchanged. It is to be noted that Sky News reported on Monday, citing sources, that Nu is in talks to acquire Monzo in a deal that could value the digital lender at between 8 billion pounds ($10.6 billion) and 10 billion pounds.
