Levi Strauss named John Vandemore as its new chief financial officer.
Vandemore is succeeding Harmit Singh, who announced in April his plan to retire after a transition period.
Vandemore joins from Skechers, where he was finance chief for the past nine years. Before that, he held financial leadership roles at toy company Mattel and Walt Disney.
He is scheduled to start on Nov. 1.
Levi Strauss plans to pay him a base annual salary of $1.35 million, plus bonuses.
During 2025, Singh made $6 million as chief finance and growth officer, according to a separate filing. He will remain until Vandemore takes over, after which he will remain as a special adviser through Nov. 30.
