SharonAI Secures $356 Million GPU-Backed Debt Facility at 9.95%

07:56 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SharonAI (SHAZ) said Thursday it secured a $356 million senior secured debt facility at a fixed rate of 9.95%, excluding fees. The Australian cloud computing company said it will use the funds to deploy computing infrastructure for existing customer contracts. SharonAI said it plans to deploy more than 68,000 Nvidia GPUs by mid-2027. Investors include Goldman Sachs (GS) and global private credit funds, it said. The deal brings its institutional debt and equity funding to more than $2.6 billion over the past 10 months, it added. The Australian cloud computing company said the facility is backed by GPUs and related cash flows.
