06:33 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Archer-Daniels-Midland (ADM) has signed a deal to form a joint venture with CJ CheilJedang under which the latter will collaborate to improve its global feed-grade amino acid business and to secure a stable supply of raw materials, CJ Cheiljedang said Friday. Under the terms of the deal, CJ Bio America and ADM are expected to hold 63% and 37% stakes, respectively, in the joint venture.

According to media reports, the capacity review work by OPEC+ has been delayed. Originally scheduled to be completed by the end of September 2026, it has now been postponed to mid-November.
