TSMC stock rose 3% in Taiwan. Nu Holdings (NU): Shares in Nubank, the Brazilian digital bank, jumped in New York premarket as part of a rally in Brazilian stocks after a first-round victory last night by presidential candidate Flávio Bolsonaro.
