Zeta Global to Acquire Digital Audience
MT newswire2026/10/06 20:3104:31 PM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Zeta Global (ZETA) said late Tuesday it has entered into an agreement to acquire Digital Audience, a data infrastructure company specializing in identity and activation capabilities across the digital ecosystem. Already integrated with Zeta, Digital Audience will improve Zeta's identity and activation capabilities across all channels, the company said. Digital Audience is expected to enhance Zeta's ability to connect customer intelligence to activation, resulting in more connected and measurable engagement. Zeta said the acquisition will also strengthen its European presence. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
