Halozyme Expands Collaboration With argenx

05:58 PM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Halozyme Therapeutics (HALO) said late Tuesday it has expanded its global collaboration and license agreement with argenx (ARGX) to develop and commercialize Enhanze. The expanded agreement increases argenx's exclusive access to Enhanze to eight targets from six, the company said. Halozyme said it is eligible to receive payments upon achievement of milestones and will receive royalties on net sales of products using Enhanze, a drug delivery technology.
