Spot ETFs tracking Bitcoin and XRP continue to dominate the US crypto asset landscape, significantly outpacing funds tied to Solana and a range of other altcoins according to the latest fund data.

BTC, XRP lead spot ETF market

Bitcoin asserts its position as the leading cryptocurrency in the US spot ETF sector. Bitcoin spot ETFs currently control approximately $110.68 billion in net assets, which equals 6.54% of Bitcoin’s total market capitalization. Cumulative net inflows now reach $57.84 billion, and the most recent trading session saw another $118.86 million added. Trading activity remains robust, with daily volumes estimated at around $1.84 billion.

Bitcoin ETFs have become the primary vehicle for institutional capital, with their net assets holding steady above $110 billion and daily flows topping $100 million.

XRP, while much smaller compared to Bitcoin, stands out among altcoin ETFs. The five spot ETFs tracking XRP have now accumulated close to $1.70 billion in net assets, with cumulative inflows slightly higher at $1.80 billion. For the latest session, XRP ETFs attracted $3.14 million, bringing the 30-day total inflows to $112.01 million.

Solana slips behind top ETF performers

Despite offering a larger number of ETFs, Solana lags behind XRP in several metrics. Nine spot ETFs provide exposure to Solana, holding assets totaling about $1.93 billion. However, cumulative net inflows remain lower than XRP at $1.59 billion. The most recent session reflected this negative trend, as Solana ETFs saw a daily net outflow of $3.68 million, contrasting with XRP’s continued positive inflows.

ETF Number of Funds Net Assets Cumulative Net Inflows Latest Daily Flow
Bitcoin – $110.68 billion $57.84 billion $118.86 million (inflow)
XRP 5 $1.70 billion $1.80 billion $3.14 million (inflow)
Solana 9 $1.93 billion $1.59 billion $3.68 million (outflow)

Altcoin ETF assets remain modest

Several other altcoin spot ETF products remain smaller in comparison to the leaders. Zcash ETFs currently report holdings of around $789 million in assets. Hyperliquid ETF products stand at roughly $507 million, while Chainlink sees $236 million in assets and BNB records about $102 million.

Volatility persists despite ETF growth

Major crypto assets remain volatile even as ETF inflows increase. Bitcoin trades near $84,100, having once again faced resistance just below $87,000. While the overall trend for BTC is still bullish, momentum has slowed and immediate support levels are being tested around $83,000. A drop below this level could shift attention toward the short-term average closer to $82,000.

XRP’s price action has also weakened, slipping toward $1.47 after failing to sustain a push above $1.50. First support now lies around $1.45, with more significant backing in the $1.38–$1.40 zone.

ETF demand continues to concentrate around Bitcoin, which attracts the bulk of institutional spot ETF investment. XRP has emerged as the main altcoin competitor, at times outpacing Solana in net ETF inflows, and now holds a clear position among the largest non-BTC ETF products in the US market.

Federal Reserve meeting minutes: All 19 policymakers support a rate hike in September, but reasons vary; most expect further hikes this year, suggesting no urgency in October.

Most officials view a September interest rate hike as an "insurance" measure against stubborn inflation; a minority see it as a necessary step to curb inflation. 100 Million Barrels Shrinkage? Reports Say EU Believes Oil Reserve Release Plan Mainly Fulfills Previous Commitments, Not New Quotas

Last Friday, G7 member countries agreed to release up to 100 million barrels of crude oil and diesel reserves. The IEA had announced a plan to release 400 million barrels in March, and as of last Friday, about 75 million barrels had yet to be released. Most EU member states believe that this action is simply fulfilling previous commitments rather than adding new releases. Regarding the earlier-than-scheduled release of diesel stocks emphasized in last week's G7 agreement, EU member states consider it feasible, but on a limited scale.
