Delta Air Lines' Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Total Revenue Rise; Lowers Full-Year Earnings Guidance
MT newswire2026/10/09 11:0507:05 AM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Delta Air Lines (DAL) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Friday of $1.72 per diluted share, up from $1.70 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.77. Total adjusted revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $17.59 billion, up from $15.20 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $17.65 billion. For 2026, the airline expects adjusted EPS of $5.10 to $5.60, compared with prior estimate of $6.50 to $7.50. Analysts expect $5.51. Delta Air Lines expects Q4 adjusted earnings of $1.15 to $1.65 per share and estimates total revenue to grow around 20%. Analysts forecast non-GAAP EPS of $1.43 on revenue of $17.24 billion. Shares of the airline were down more than 4% in pre-bell activity on Friday.
