SpaceX (SPCX.US) rose by 3.3% following news that the company has reached an agreement to acquire a nationwide low-band spectrum package. T-Mobile US (TMUS.US) declined by 9.6%, AT&T (T.US) fell by 8.2%, and Verizon (VZ.US) dropped by 6%.
