Humana disclosed that 95% of relevant insured members have entered plans rated four stars or above. Based on the final Medicare Advantage Plan star ratings for 2027, Humana expects the average monthly star rating revenue per member to reach $160 by 2027. The company stated that this performance has exceeded its "top quartile" target, which is 10% higher than the industry average. Humana reaffirmed its guidance for adjusted earnings per share of at least $9 for fiscal year 2026.
