The Philadelphia Housing Index fell 1%, and the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) climbed 2%. Bitcoin (BTC-USD) rose 0.8% to $82,382, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries rose 1 basis point to 5.24%. In corporate news, Cboe Global Markets (CBOE) shares rose 3.3% after Morgan Stanley upgraded the stock to overweight from underweight with a $358 price target.
