Star Bulk Says Hermes World Maritime Taking 35% Stake in Two Kamsarmax Vessels

04:31 PM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Star Bulk Carriers (SBLK) said Hermes World Maritime will acquire a 35% stake in two of its 2026 Kamsarmax vessels, the Star Ellie and the Star Bella. Star Bulk said Friday it will retain commercial and technical management of the vessels. Financial details weren't disclosed.
