Quantumsphere Acquisition to Merge With Fortune Favor Technology

04:32 PM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Quantumsphere Acquisition Corp. (QUMS, QUMSR, QUMSU) has agreed to merge with Fortune Favor Technology, the latter said Friday. The planned deal implies a pre-money equity value of about $600 million for Fortune Favor, the company said. The proposed deal is subject to regulatory clearance, approvals by the shareholders of Quantumsphere and Fortune Favor, and other closing conditions, according to the statement.
