According to the Financial Times, sources revealed that NVIDIA (NVDA.US) is in negotiations to acquire the U.S. open-weight model developer Reflection AI or to further increase its investment in the company. The talks are still in the early stages, and the deal may take various forms.

AMD has released the Helion Intelligent Agent AI rack design, based on the Open Compute Project (OCP) standard. The CPU-only configuration supports up to 32,768 CPU cores, while also offering an integrated CPU+GPU enterprise setup.
