STMicroelectronics Board Proposes CEO Jean-Marc Chery to Serve Another Year

03:28 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- STMicroelectronics (STM) supervisory board has asked Jean-Marc Chery, CEO and president, to serve for another year, and Chery has accepted the proposal, the company said Tuesday. The supervisory board will propose shareholders approve the reappointment of Chery, as CEO, president and chairman of the managing board at the STMicroelectronics 2027 annual meeting, the company said.
