08:49 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lockheed Martin (LMT) delivered a C-130J-30 Super Hercules to the US Navy at its Marietta, Georgia, plant on Thursday, and the plane will be converted into the E-130J Phoenix II, the company said Friday. Northrop Grumman (NOC) will carry out the conversion for the Navy's Take Charge and Move Out mission, an airborne nuclear command-and-control role, Lockheed said.
