Zhihu Finance APP reported that 3M (MMM.US) has disclosed an expanded strategic commercial agreement with Amazon (AMZN.US), making itself a supplier of Amazon’s optical interconnect and other data center products. According to an 8-K filing, 3M stated that it has issued warrants allowing Amazon to purchase up to 3,162,015 common shares at a price of $164.89 per share within seven years, as part of the deal. After the news was announced, 3M’s share price rose by 5.6% as of press time.
