Liquidity has been swept toward the 3,977 support zone, with price showing a weak reaction near the lows. A breakdown below support could extend bearish continuation, while a strong reclaim of resistance is needed to shift the current structure.
Let’s go $XAUT
⚠️ XAUT IS TESTING $4,000 💵 WILL GOLD BREAK HIGHER OR PULL BACK? 👀
$XAUT/USDT is trading near $3,996.85, almost flat on the day. Short-term RSI(6) at 73.74 suggests buying momentum is heating up, while longer-period RSI readings remain more neutral.
👀 Key levels to watch: 🟢 Support: $3,977–$3,975
🔴 Resistance: $4,017–$4,068
🎯 Major hurdle: $4,096
📈 Bullish scenario: A confirmed breakout above $4,017 could open a move toward $4,068.
📉 Bearish scenario: Rejection near $4,000–$4,017 may send price back toward $3,977 support.
💡 Trader’s takeaway: Don’t confuse a brief gold bounce with a confirmed trend reversal. Watch the $4,000 reaction and volume before entering, and remember XAUT tracks tokenized gold—not a typical crypto asset.

📉XAUUSDT DAILY ANALYSIS: GOLD UNDER HEAVY SELLING PRESSURE AS PRICE TESTS THE 4,000 SUPPORT ZONE
Gold (XAUUSDT) is experiencing a significant bearish move on the daily timeframe, with price trading around 3,997.12 on my chart. The recent price action shows that sellers remain in control, while buyers are approaching a critical area where the next major move could develop.
After rallying toward the 4,600–4,700 resistance zone in late August, gold faced a strong rejection. Since then, the market has gradually lost bullish momentum, forming a sequence of lower highs and lower lows. This structure suggests that selling pressure has continued to dominate each recovery attempt.
📊 1. MARKET STRUCTURE: BEARS REMAIN IN CONTROL
Looking at the chart, the descending trendline highlights the market's weakening structure. Each attempt to push higher has struggled to overcome previous swing highs, allowing sellers to maintain control.
The decline through the 4,400 area and subsequently the 4,200 region shows how bearish momentum has developed over time. Instead of recovering above these levels, price has continued to consolidate at lower levels before moving downward again.
This is an important technical observation: the market has not yet demonstrated a convincing bullish structure reversal on the daily timeframe.
🔴 2. MAJOR RESISTANCE ZONE: 4,680–4,770
The green zone marked on my chart represents the major resistance area where the previous rally was rejected.
This zone is important because price failed to sustain its upward movement after reaching it. The subsequent decline suggests that sellers became more aggressive in this region.
Unless gold can eventually recover key resistance levels and establish a stronger bullish structure, the broader daily trend remains vulnerable to further selling pressure.
🟠 3. CRITICAL SUPPORT: 3,960–4,020
Price is now testing the pink support zone around the psychological 4,000 level.
This is the most important area to watch in the current market structure. After an extended decline, the reaction around support could determine whether gold continues lower or attempts a temporary recovery.
Two scenarios are worth monitoring:
Scenario A — Bearish continuation: If price breaks below the support zone and confirms the breakdown, sellers could push the market toward lower support areas, with 3,900 as a possible level to monitor. Further downside would still depend on price action and selling momentum.
Scenario B — Support holds: If buyers defend the zone and price reclaims 4,000, gold could attempt a relief bounce toward 4,100–4,200. However, a bounce alone would not confirm a bullish reversal; buyers would need to reclaim resistance and improve the market structure.
📉 4. WHAT I AM WATCHING NEXT
My focus is on how price reacts around the current support zone rather than predicting the next move without confirmation.
I will be monitoring:
Daily candle closure: Does price close decisively below support, or does it recover above the zone?
Volume: Does selling activity strengthen during a breakdown, or do buyers respond with stronger demand?
Lower-timeframe structure: Does a bearish continuation develop, or does price form a change of character that supports a potential recovery?
Retest confirmation: If support breaks, does price return to the broken level and face rejection?
These observations can help distinguish a genuine continuation move from a false breakdown or liquidity sweep.
🎯 MY MARKET OUTLOOK
Based on the chart, XAUUSDT remains bearish on the daily timeframe, with the 4,000 support zone now acting as the key decision point.
The rejection from the upper resistance zone, the sequence of lower highs and lower lows, and the breakdown through previous price areas all support the current bearish structure.
However, I will not assume that support must break simply because the market is falling. Strong selling momentum can continue, but an established support zone can also produce a sharp reaction.
My strategy is simple: wait for confirmation, protect capital, and avoid chasing the move after an extended decline.
In trading, the objective is not to predict every candle. It is to identify important levels, understand the market structure, and manage risk when a valid opportunity appears.
💬 What is your analysis?
Will XAUUSDT break below the 4,000 support zone and continue its bearish movement, or will buyers defend this area and trigger a relief rally toward 4,100–4,200?

Precision Blueprint: Decoding the XAUT/USDT Reversal Through Liquidity Sweeps and Market Structure
$XAUT is currently exhibiting a classic corrective phase on the higher timeframes, having recently established a local bottom near the 3,982.80 support level.
Following a sustained downtrend, price action has stabilized, forming a consolidation base. On the 1-hour and 4-hour charts,
we are witnessing a compression of volatility with price trading tightly around the 3,989 level.
This "calm before the storm" is characteristic of an accumulation phase, where the market is digesting the previous sell-off and preparing for a directional shift.
The presence of a support zone at 3,982.80 and resistance at 4,105.83 frames our immediate trading environment, suggesting a potential exhaustion of sellers and the initial stages of a structural reversal.
Strategic Trade Plan: The "Smart Money" Reversal Setup
Institutional trading relies on identifying the footprints of "Smart Money." The current XAUT setup presents a textbook opportunity utilizing a five-step high-probability sequence. Here is the professional breakdown of the strategy:
1. Liquidity Sweep (The Trap)
The market has likely engineered a move to the downside to sweep retail stop-losses resting below the recent lows (around the 3,982.80 support).
Notice the wick structures in recent candles; these are indicators of "stop hunting." This liquidity grab provides the fuel necessary for the next leg up.
2. Market Structure Shift (The Confirmation)
We are currently monitoring for a definitive Market Structure Shift (MSS) on the lower timeframes. A strong candle closure above the recent swing highs (breaking the current consolidation ceiling) will confirm that the trend has shifted from bearish to bullish. This invalidates the immediate bearish bias and signals institutional entry.
3. Fair Value Gap (The Entry)
Upon the MSS, aggressive price movement typically leaves behind an imbalance or Fair Value Gap (FVG). We will not chase the breakout. Instead, we wait for a retracement into this FVG. This zone acts as a magnet for price to "rebalance" before continuing its upward trajectory. This is our optimal entry point to minimize risk and maximize reward.
4. Buyside Liquidity (The Target)
Our analysis highlights clear Buyside Liquidity (BSL) targets. The first major liquidity pool sits near the 4,010 - 4,040 region (aligning with the EMA resistance and upper Bollinger Band). The ultimate target is the major resistance level at 4,105.83, where significant sell orders are likely resting.
5. Execution & Risk Management
· Entry: Limit order in the 1H/4H Fair Value Gap following the MSS confirmation.
· Stop Loss: Strictly below the recent Liquidity Sweep low (approx. 3,975 - 3,980).
· Take Profit: TP1 at 4,010 (Local highs), TP2 at 4,105 (Major resistance).
· Confluence: Watch for the EMAs (5, 10, 20) beginning to cross bullishly to support the move.
