Putin: Digital currencies are full of promise, Russia must seize the moment
Russian President Vladimir Putin today signed the law legalizing cryptocurrency mining in Russia, which reportedly entitles only registered Russian legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to mine. The signed law introduces new concepts, including digital currency mining, mining pools, mining infrastructure operators, address identifiers, and individuals who organize the activities of mining pools.
