Market news: U.S. cryptocurrency sector higher today on bitcoin gains
The U.S. cryptocurrency sector is higher on bitcoin's rise, with Coinbase (COIN.O) up 3.5 per cent, Bitfarms up 3 per cent, MicroStrategy (MSTR.O) up 8.4 per cent, Riot Blockchain (RIOT.O) up 3.6 per cent, and U.S.-listed Hut 8 Mining up 1.6 per cent. U.S.-listed Hut 8 Mining was up 1.6 per cent and MARA Holdings was up 4.4 per cent.
