Hanmi Semiconductor to Launch Second Generation Hybrid Bonder Prototype
Golden Ten Data reported on April 10 that Hanmi Semiconductor announced the company will launch a prototype of its "second-generation hybrid bonder" for next-generation HBM production within the year and begin collaborating with customers. In addition, the company also plans to start operations at its hybrid bonder factory in the first half of next year.
