Superstate completes Series B extension financing, with Invesco Private Capital under Invesco as a new investor
According to Odaily, fintech company Superstate has completed an additional Series B financing round, with asset management giant Invesco Private Capital, under Invesco, joining as a new investor. The amount was not disclosed. Meanwhile, Invesco will assume the role of investment manager for Superstate's flagship tokenized fund USTB (short-term US Treasury fund) from Q2 2026. The fund has a scale of about 900 million US dollars, making it one of the world's largest tokenized treasury products.
