Under the technology growth cycle led by artificial intelligence and the increasing application of semiconductors in electric vehicles and other industrial fields, continued demand for electrical and electronic products is expected to keep supporting exports. The analyst stated: "Malaysia should also benefit from its status as a net energy exporter, especially of liquefied natural gas, as higher energy prices provide some support to the trade surplus." Amid rising crude oil prices, major commodity exports, including palm oil, may also benefit from increased demand for biofuels.
