```htmlAccording to Jinse Finance, on April 28, US SEC Chair Atkins stated in an interview at the Bitcoin 2026 conference, "We will continue to advance other exciting initiatives, such as truly allowing enterprises to conduct on-chain experiments, build tokenized securities, and enable on-chain trading within the United States. We plan to announce innovative exemption rules in the coming weeks. In addition, we will allow the private sector to raise funds by selling tokens on-chain, which we call 'RegGGCrypto.' These initiatives are in preparation and will be launched soon. Currently, a bill named the 'Clarity Act' is under review in Congress. We do need Congress to establish regulations for this field. We are ready, willing, and able to interpret their regulations and translate them into rules that people can rely on to pursue innovation. I want to emphasize again: this is to happen within the United States—they won't have to go overseas. This is truly the core idea that matters here."```
