The Dow Jones opened down 0.17%, the Nasdaq fell 0.88%, and the S&P 500 dropped 0.55%. Leading tech stocks saw losses: Intel declined 3.57%, Qualcomm fell 2.42%, and Super Micro Computer dropped 2.31%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index fell 0.51%, with Bilibili down 2.89% and NIO dropping 2.16%.
